Your place on the course is confirmed and reserved once payment has been received. Students are advised to reserve their chosen course as soon as possible as places are strictly limited.
Please send the completed application form, with payment, to Dartmoor Arts Project. Application forms are accepted by post and email.
Payment of fees must be made in £ sterling by one of the following methods:
- Cheque (payable to "The Dartmoor Arts Project" and crossed)
- Cash (in person only)
- On Line Banking - details at bottom of application form

Please note that you need Adobe Reader to download and complete a booking form. Adobe Reader is free. Download, complete and email your form as an attachment to email@example.com or download, print out, complete and send to us in the post.
Courses take place at different sites in and around Drewsteignton Village centre. You will be sent full information about your course venue and a list of things to bring.
Equipment is provided for all the courses unless otherwise stated on the course page.
Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided at each venue during the day.
Lunch is not included so please bring a packed lunch.
An evening meal will be provided when this is stated on the course page. Some of our short courses include an evening meal - please check individual listings.
An Accommodation list can be found on this website. Please note: Dartmoor Arts cannot take responsibility for the quality of any accommodation listed. Dartmoor Arts regrets that it is unable to book accommodation on behalf of students. Accommodation costs must be met by the student.
Overseas students are advised to take out private health insurance.
Transport routes to Drewsteignton can be found under Accommodation. All teaching venues are within a few minutes of the centre of Drewsteignton. It would be advisable, though not essential, to have access to a car.
Dartmoor Arts welcomes applications from disabled students. It is essential that students with any special needs discuss their requirements before making a formal application.
Students are required to sign a Safety Compliance Form as part of Dartmoor Arts's Health and Safety regulations.
Please take care of your belongings. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for the loss of students' belongings.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations, withdrawals and requests to transfer from a course for any reason must be received in writing at least one month before the course start date.
Cancellations less than one month before the start of a course are subject to the full payment of course fees unless a substitute student is found. We strongly recommend that all students take out personal insurance against any unforeseeable circumstances. In the unlikely event of a course being cancelled notification will be given with not less than four weeks notice.
Any travel or other arrangements made are at your own risk. If any cancellation takes place less than four weeks before the course commencement then you will be refunded for transport arrangements providing you can provide proof of purchase.
